Optipropose Studio is an independent software studio based in Abuja, Nigeria, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. It's run by one developer — kodehausdev — who designs, builds and ships every product end to end.
The studio started with Optipropose, an AI proposal generator, and the name stuck. Since then it's grown into a home for focused software: products we own and run, and custom tools we build for clients — like TollyClassic, a live logistics operations platform now being re-architected to serve many businesses at once.
Right now the focus is CordHR — a full HR operating system: payroll, leave and compliance in one web dashboard, with a WhatsApp assistant so employees can handle requests from chat.

WhatsApp & Meta platform data
CordHR operates through the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you interact with it, we process the messages and account information needed to deliver HR features you request. This data is used only to provide the service, is handled in line with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business policies, and is never used for advertising.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate our products (such as hosting and messaging infrastructure), or where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations.
